I’m Kristy—a Christian wife and mom, writing about faith, motherhood, work, wellness, and the everyday stuff of being a woman.

For a long time, I thought life was more about managing than experiencing. The older I get, the less interested I am in putting real life into tidy boxes.

We’re wives and mothers, daughters and friends, women of faith and women with questions. We’re building careers, raising babies, launching grown kids, figuring out relationships, taking care of our bodies, earning money, making dinner, changing our minds, buying jeans, healing from things, dreaming new dreams—and sometimes doing several of those things before lunch.

There’s always an in-between somewhere.

And this is the space where I write about it.
