Dear friend,
Before you dive into the to-do list…
Before you answer that message or wash one more dish…
Let’s pause. Just for a minute.
Place your hands over your heart.
Close your eyes if you’d like.
Take a deep, slow breath.
Let me guide you through a simple breath prayer—a sacred, one-minute reset to quiet your spirit and help you begin with grace.
Breathe in:
God is here with me now.
Breathe out:
I don’t have to carry this alone.
Breathe in:
Grace covers what I can’t control.
Breathe out:
I release the need to prove or perform.
Breathe in:
I am already held.
Breathe out:
Let it be enough for today.
[Repeat 4 to 6 times.]
Now, open your eyes.
You’re not behind.
You’re not too much.
You’re not forgotten.
You are loved. You are being led.
And you are allowed to begin gently.
